Cloudways is a terrific cloud hosting platform that let's you choose between AWS, Google Cloud, and Digital Ocean. It is some of the most affordable cloud hosting on the market that offers Managed Wordpress Hosting. These are Managed Wordpress plans that will be fully managed, fully updated, fully installed, etc. We recommend choosing "AWS Small" (or higher if you need a lot of websites, or an extremely large website with tons of traffic). AWS Small should be good enough to host a few medium websites. Always make sure to get two cores and two GB of ram at a minimum. Digital Ocean and Google Cloud are still great options as well!
