Ghost

For Ghost, we recommend hosting with Ghost Pro which is the official Ghost Hosting platform. You can set it up other places like Digital Ocean but it is a bit of a pain and you'll need to know how to set it up through a command prompt. To our knowledge, Ghost is not available for setup in cPanels.

Ghost Pro is terrific and let's you scale via your membership size with very friendly pricing regarding your membership size. They want you to succeed and have a good idea of what you'll be making at what membership level, and allow for scaling and room to grow without huge charges. You'll never need to migrate to a dedicated server as they will do the scaling for you.
